Beginning Knitting (4-week class)
This class is for those who want to learn to knit as well as those who already have some basic knowledge. Class sizes are limited to 6, so we're able to tailor instruction to your needs. In this class you will learn how to cast-on, knit, purl, read a pattern, increase, decrease and explore all of the skills you will need to knit a sweater or any project. During the first class students will be supplied with yarn and a pair of needles so you don't have to worry about what to bring to class. We find that students get the most out of the experience if they chose a project and make that project, with instructor assistance, during the course of the 4 weeks. It helps make projects seem less overwhelming.
